Expansion of Infrastructure and Knowledge of Recycling and Divergence
Throughout Lehigh’s Campus (Including Residential Halls and Greek Houses)
Organizations involved in the project
Lehigh Eco-Reps work to determine and implement ways to increase recycling and decrease waste across campus. We perform waste audits on Greek Houses and Residential Halls, implement reusable mug campaigns across campus dining areas, and teach students and staff about what is and is not recyclable. Our Eco-Reps ensure that trash and recycling bins have 1:1 placement as well as proper bags and signage. We further advertise our additional recycling programs, such as plastic film, battery, and ink cartridge recycling, throughout campus.
